Apr 1, 2009Tim Burton’s remake of the classic tale, Alice and Wonderland, will be released nationally and in 3D IMAX theaters on March 5, 2010.
The film stars Johnny Depp as the Mad Hatter, Anne Hathaway as the White Queen and Mia Wasikowska as Alice.

He directed films like The Nightmare Before Christmas and Edward Scissorhands and has worked with Depp on at least six of his films including Ed Wood and Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street.
This is the third confirmed film out of the five-film 3D deal between IMAX and Disney announced in November 2008. The other two are The Christmas Carol starring Jim Carrey, which will be released in November 2009 and a double feature of Toy Story and Toy Story 2 in 3D, which will be available for a limited two week engagement starting October 2, 2009.
