This holiday season Twentieth Century Fox and MGM Home Entertainment are offering DVD gift sets to encourage shoppers to spend during this time of economic distress.  The gift sets will be in stores and available online at foxstore.com.

For family fun Dr. Seuss’ Horton Hears a Who and Alvin and the Chipmunks come in limited edition gift boxes that include the movie with special features and exclusive Horton and Alvin stuffed toys. 

The James Bond Blu-ray collection includes six classic Bond films that are restored and re-mastered in high definition. And for science fiction fans, The Outer Limits original series box set features all 49 episodes of the television show.  Also, in the mix is That 70's Show complete series stash box, which contains all 200 episodes of the critically-acclaimed show.  For some laughs, The Pink Panther collection, comes in a pink furry collector’s box with nine cartoon classics, nine film classics and a Pink Panther encyclopedia.

Also, MGM and Twentieth Century Fox released a Hollywood Musical Collection.  The set includes 50 timeless films including West Side Story, All That Jazz and Moulin Rouge.  Finally, there is a 12-film collection featuring famous directors, F.W. Murnau and Frank Borzage paired with two coffee table books about the director's acclaimed successes.  The set includes Muranu’s Sunrise and Borzage’s 7th Heaven.
