Kevin Bacon has just joined the cast of My One and Only, joining Renee Zellweger, Chris Noth, Nick Stahl and Logan Lerman in the film inspired by George Hamilton’s boyhood adventures.

This particular adventure involves a road trip Hamilton and his brother took with their glamorous mother, Anne Deveraux. The trio drove all over the East Coast, with Deveraux looking to snare a millionaire to take care of them all. Bacon will take on the role of the ne’er-do-well bandleader the family is trying to leave behind.

Director Richard Loncraine has begun shooting the film in Baltimore. No release date has been slated.
