Here's the latest update on the condition of Morgan Freeman, who was taken to the hospital in serious condition after he was injured in a car accident Sunday night near Memphis. Today, Donna Lee, his spokesperson/publicist said: Morgan is doing well after surgery last night to reconnect nerves and to repair damage to his left arm and hand at the Elvis Presley Memorial Trauma Center at The MED, at the Regional Medical Center at Memphis. The surgery lasted approximately 4 1/2 hours including recovery and he is in good spirits and was visiting with family members this morning. He was walking this (morning), and is looking forward to his release as soon as possible.
