May 14, 2009Universal Pictures and Mandalay Pictures are set to produce Sinatra, a biopic about the legendary American entertainer, Frank Sinatra.

Sinatra died in 1998 from a heart attack.
The entertainer’s story has been told before on the small screen. A 1992 made-for-TV movie, Sinatra, starred Philip Casnoff. It won a Golden Globe for best miniseries and an Emmy for director James Sadwith.
No production dates or casting decisions have been made.
